Contact the workshop
Tell us what your plant runs and where it hurts. A first conversation costs nothing, and most enquiries can be scoped well enough on the phone that you will know within a day whether a controls survey is worth arranging. Whether the task is a single panel, a network rebuild or a full legacy refit, EXP CONSTRUCTION LTD will give you a straight answer about feasibility, sequence and likely disruption. We work across the United Kingdom and we are happy to travel to see a machine in person before quoting. When you get in touch, it helps enormously if you can mention the age of the equipment, any drawings you still hold, and the shape of your production week, because that detail lets us judge the safest window for any changeover work.
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
Maintenance contract customers receive priority scheduling and are usually triaged the same working day, with an engineer mobilised as soon as the fault is understood. New enquiries are assessed on receipt and given a realistic date rather than an optimistic one.
Do you provide drawings and documentation after the work?
Yes. Every project closes with as-built drawings, loop schedules, calibration certificates for instrumentation, network addressing records and the version-controlled control software. Documentation is treated as part of the deliverable, not as an optional extra.
Can you work around a live production schedule?
That is how most of our work is done. Panels and software are built and proven in the workshop first, then installed during agreed shutdown or changeover windows. Where a machine is truly critical we rehearse the changeover before it is attempted.
